ABOUT ME
MY STORY:
Throughout my entire life, I always desired to be the healthiest version of myself. “Being strong and fit” encompassed my thoughts, but I wasn’t willing to step outside my comfort zone. I always felt STUCK, because I just didn’t know where to start.
Almost 9 years ago, I was riding a roller coaster of good and bad, with highs of reckless abandon and deep lows of confusion and depression. But one day my best friend saw that I needed a goal (read: distraction) to work towards and signed me up for an obstacle race. Despite being downright scared, we conquered the unknowns of that mountain race together and crossed the finish line, experiencing the rewards of hard work and physical triumph.
Suddenly, my fire was lit as I connected with new fit-friends and began moving my body more often. As fitness began improving my life and emotional well-being, I realized that I didn’t want to keep this feeling to myself. I wanted EVERYONE to experience the compounding effects of making even just one small life change.
From the lowest I’ve ever felt in my life, to realizing my deepest heart’s passion to help others help themselves, I became a full time personal training and nutrition coach.
