1) Is Online Coaching for me? Great question, let’s see!… Online coaching is for career-aged men and women looking for a full-body transformation via both strength training workouts and improved nutritional eating habits. It’s for you if you’re interested in working out on your own time at home or your local gym with my strength training guidance. It’s for you if you’re willing to challenge yourself to make nutritional changes (although my intention is always to make it easy–ask me why). 2) What’s the difference between The Wellness Catalyst & SHIFFT? The biggest difference is the atmosphere: The Wellness Catalyst is an learning & action course with open group coaching vs. SHIFFT is one-on-one with just me. I realize that some people thrive in a group environment with like-minded people dealing with similar struggles. And that some people prefer to improve their health on their own, (or they just don’t like people, no judgment, haha). They also offer different levels of coaching specificity…
- The Wellness Catalyst is a beginner 12-week group coaching setting where you’ll take action towards your goals with weekly fitness & nutrition learning videos, practice activities, and implementation actions, including programmed strength training workouts.
- SHIFFT is a minimum 6-month continuation where we focus on life-SITUATIONS and solidify HABIT change via INDIVIDUAL personalization of FITNESS (both strength & cardio) and FOOD strategy in an effort to THRIVE in life.
3) Are you certified? Of course! I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 2 nutrition coach.
